Stephany is well known, highly respected and acclaimed in her field. Thousands of people in the Northwest, nationally and internationally have attended her workshops and presentations. Stephany speaks at corporate annual meetings, national conventions and to civic and professional groups. In addition to developing and presenting training programs, Stephany facilitates retreats, meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.

Stephany's professional credentials include a Master's Degree in Human Resources. She maintains her own professional development through continuing education courses, membership in Society for Human Resource Management and consulting with national training companies on curriculum development.
