The sound files you hear on this page are from his 7 CDs, all on AppleMusic/Spotify/Youtube or on his personal site. These sounds are the exact backup tracks he uses live, minus the lead pan. What you hear is what you get!! 

Kent has performed at over 1,900 different venues from wedding receptions to birthday parties, resorts & restaurants, zoos & colleges, casinos and corporate parties and amusment parks since 2004 .  Professional lighting will be added for evening events when needed.

Kent has performed on television several times including Jimmy Fallon show and a PBS documentary (along with a two hour interview on WGN radio) and has opened for the world famous Tommy Dorsey Orchestra. 

He also teaches percussion privately and is the percussion instructor at several high profile schools in Indiana for their marching band programs. Kent is a classically trained percussionist from Indiana University. 

Kent uses REAL percussion instruments and NOT midi sequencers or drum machines. Your ears (& your guests) will surely notice the difference.
