Guy Tino
Singer, songwriter, and musician with over 30 years of performing experience. Solo live act features acoustic & electric guitar with occasional harmonica, through a small combo amp rig. My set lists are generally a mix of '70s, '80s, and '90s music with some originals spiked throughout.
As frontman for The Providers from 1, I played at venues all over Connecticut including Toad's Place (where we opened for NRBQ, Johnny Winter, John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers, The Radiators, Ronnie Earl & The Broadcasters, Roomful Of Blues, and Eight To The Bar), plus some of the legendary Bleecker Street bars in New York City (The Back Fence, Kenny's Castaways, The Baggott Inn) and two Kenyon College Summer Send-Off appearances where we shared the stage with They Might Be Giants, De La Soul, The Gravel Pit, and The Slip.
Solo venue appearances in Connecticut include The White Silo Farm & Winery in Sherman, j. lawrence downtown and Note Kitchen in Bethel, Aquila's Nest Vineyards in Newtown, Woodbury Brewing Company and The 1754 House in Woodbury, Widow Brown's Cafe and Charter Oak Brewing Co. in Danbury, Housatonic River Brewing and The Alpenhaus in New Milford, and Angelico's Lake House in East Hampton.
