Jasmine, also known as djbellaj, is a pioneering DJ and entrepreneur from Upstate New York. Educated at Cazenovia and Le Moyne Colleges, she shifted from the corporate world to pursue her DJ passion. Training at Scratch DJ Academy in NYC, she excelled and gained recognition for skills, work ethic, and DJing internationally.

DJ Bella J established ontheonecny, Central New York’s first DJ Center at Destiny USA, focusing on DJing skills, especially for young girls and women. On The One offers specialized DJ entrepreneurship lessons, a unique STEM program called “More Than The Mix”, and a DJ career mentorship program. Other services include private DJ lessons, DJ bookings for events, equipment rentals, and coworking space for music educators and emerging artists.

DJ Bella J has won several awards, including the KeyBank Pitch Your Pivot Competition and the WISE Women’s Business Center - Retail Pitch Competition, and received the Image Initiative award. She hosts annual DJ festivals at the Great New York State Fair and is a board member of the PGR Foundation.
