Christopher Wyton
Based in Fairfax Va
A native of Ridgefield, Connecticut, classical guitarist Christopher Wyton holds a Bachelors of Music Performance degree from Western Connecticut State University and a Masters of Music Performance degree from Shenandoah Conservatory. Wyton has also studied at the Mannes School of Music in New York City.
With 10 years of solo, as well as chamber and ensemble playing experience, Wyton's repertoire ranges from Bach to the Beatles, with classical music receiving most of his attention. He has performed extensively at venues throughout the Northeast including St. Paul's Chapel and St. Peter's Church in New York City. In addition to his studies and his performance interests, he has been teaching guitar students for over ten years. Wyton is currently teaching at studios in Ashburn, Centreville, and Vienna Virginia.
