Plus a very special & colorful Holiday treat: the 4-piece Marching Toy Soldiers! Led by Franklin Beau Davis, these groups perform a wide range and variety of musical styles, and offer an unparalleled selection of music for your wedding, graduation, convention, ball, party or special occasion, be it large or small. Over 30 years, we’ve established a reputation as the finest of Bay Area brass ensembles, and our professional approach to each event has been the basis of our success.

The Brassworks Quintet is the perfect choice for weddings & receptions, parties, concerts and holiday events, both indoors and out. The Quintet can also be accompanied by organ, piano or harp in a church or outdoor setting; we can also downsize to a Quartet. We deliver great music with a rousing sound that will make your event both exciting and memorable. The Quintet got its start as the Strolling Brass at Great America Amusement Park; the strolling/marching format has remained one of the group's specialties, making us effective entertainers at festivals, parades, street fairs, civic and corporate events. We perform in many musical styles, including Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Folk and Pop, Marches, Ragtime, Dixieland, Blues, Swing, Rock & Roll, Motown, Latin, Contemporary, Broadway Show Tunes, Holiday music and Concert works.

With our drummer, the Brassworks Quintet becomes The Brassworks Band, presenting a wide range of dance music, from Civil War Era to Swing Era to contemporary hits. Float around the ballroom to romantic Strauss Waltzes. Kick up your heels to Quicksteps, Schottisches, Gallops, Grand Marches, Rounds, lively Polkas, Mazurkas and Quadrilles, and an exciting Can-Can, plus Swing, Foxtrot, Charleston, Lindy & Latin styles. Our Dance Master teaches all of the authentic steps. We perform for dances, wedding receptions, concerts, festivals, Holiday & corporate events and parties. The Brassworks Band can be upsized to 8, 10, 12 or more musicians. Or, downsized to 4 musicians, we are The Brassworks 4, a hot little marching band with plenty of pizzazz! We will march in and make a BIG SPLASH at your next event! 

Der Brasswerks Oktoberfest Band is a six-piece brass band that plays lots of great Oktoberfest music ~ perfect for dancing, quaffing, and celebrating Oktoberfest Season. And we serve it up with a nice, foamy head on top! The Band wears traditional Lederhosen, and leader Franz also plays the Alphorn. To make your Oktoberfest even more fun, we can bring in our dancers & dance instructors in traditional Bavarian attire. For smaller parties, we can offer 2 to 5-piece options. With Der Brasswerks Oktoberfest Band, you’re guaranteed a great time! Prost! 

Der Brasswerks Oktoberfest Village Bands are smaller groups that are a great fit for smaller events and budgets. Our Duo consists of Trumpet/Flugelhorn/Vocal with Accordion. Our Trio adds a Tuba, and our Quartet adds Tuba plus Clarinet or Drums.

Gabriel's Trumpets will welcome your VIPs with Fanfare! Enjoy the special majesty created by our Heavenly Trio as we provide the atmosphere of a Royal Wedding or high-class party for you and your guests. Gabriel’s Herald Trumpets have performed for season openings of the San Francisco Symphony, Opera and Ballet, SF International Film Festival, Gump’s, Ghirardelli Square and The Tech Museum of San Jose, just to name a few. We are popular during the Holidays, giving kids concerts at local libraries and playing for the Ritz-Continental's annual Tree Lighting. We sound great outdoors, as well as in churches, ballrooms, and convention or concert hall settings. For larger events and weddings, we combine well with organ, piano, harp, guitar, violin, woodwinds or string groups. We can provide ALL the music for your wedding ceremony, mall stroll, concert program, etc. Experience the softer side of Gabriel's Trio with our Flugelhorns: During Cocktail Hour, let Gabriel's Flugelhorns massage your ears with the mellow tones of smooth jazz, ballads and love songs. We're very flexible: you can engage as few as one or two Herald Trumpeters to as many as six or eight. We have colorful Trumpet Banners to choose from, or you can have us create custom banners for your event.

Imagine Four Full-Sized Toy Soldiers, Marching & Playing! Our 3 Trumpeteers & Drummer make a Nutcracker Man’s dream come to life in their snappy Toy Soldier outfits and brightly colored faces created by makeup artist Junko. They move and march just like big wind-up toy soldiers, all while playing March of the Toys, The Nutcracker Suite, a swinging version of Santa Claus Is Coming To Town, and other musical Holiday Treats. For many years, Toy Soldiers has led the parade of Christmas Characters and entertains hundreds of kids at Stanford Shopping Center. We've entertained shoppers & kids at Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, Walnut Creek’s Broadway Plaza, Monterey’s Del Monte Center & Cannery Row, The Veranda in Concord, and at many other venues. We make a great welcoming act at any party or event. Toy Soldiers always delivers infectious fun with our brilliant music and acting.

The Toppman Trio (Cornet/Vocal, piano and string bass) is a unique Vintage Jazz combo that plays the hits and jazz standards from the 1920s and 30s through the 1960s, plus your requests from any era. Our name is drawn from Arnie Toppman, the character who leads the Cabaret Band at The Speakeasy, San Francisco's long-running immersive theatrical experience set in a mid-1920s speakeasy, complete with drinking, gambling, period entertainmant and various savory and unsavory characters acting out their dramas around you. The Toppman Trio is popular at weddings, theme parties and happy hours, as well as at speakeasies.
